Toasting 100 Years of CarpenterGala 2024

Calling all Flappers & Fellas to come revel in the glamour and splendor of the Roaring Twenties, as we raise a glass to Carpenters 100th year at our dazzling soiree!

Expect a ritzy bash featuring delicious food, a hosted bar with free-flowing giggle water, and some swell company. Be prepared to put on your best Charleston moves and let the good times roll!

Event Info: Saturday May 4th, 2024 @6pm

Location: Radford Studio Center, 4024 Radford Ave, Studio City, CA 91604

Entrance: Enter through Gate A (roughly at the intersection of Radford Ave & Valleyheart Dr.) for RideShare drop off OR Park in the Sater Garage (see map below)

Bring: Your valid photo ID & a credit card to bid!

Tickets: If you purchased a ticket, you are in our database, there is no physical ticket. You will be given a wristband at check in.

Auction Item Pickup: You will be able to retrieve your auction items from 10-11pm the night of the event OR on Sunday, May 5th you may drive onto Radford Studio Center and pick them up from 10am-noon.

The Gala Decor Committee has a special vision for this 100 year Gala, here are some items we need to make it happen:

Fairy lights/white Christmas lights 

Vintage/1920s style shoes (can be a loan, for display only!)

Classic style adult Shoe boxes - the kinds that have a full top and bottom (not sneaker)

Empty hard Liquor bottles (gin, whisky)

Black velvet fabric

Ostrich feathers

Palm leaves

Extra tall vases- 20s style.

Barrels

Pearl, feather, and jeweled fringe/trims
